This Central Intelligence Agency compilation of translated Argentine press and radio items, dated 15 May 1975 on its title record, gathers news reports from May 1978. One EFE report from Salta says the object people saw falling near the Argentine-Bolivian border on 6 May was an artificial satellite. It fell on Taire Mountain in Bolivia, where authorities located it and the government declared an emergency zone. Other items cover nuclear plans, detainees, a YPF credit and telecommunications.

He asserted: "That is, decisions have been made on the electrification network up to the year 1985 and the second stage, from that year until 2000, is being planned."
