This Central Intelligence Agency cable, dated 25 June 1976 and headed "UFO Research/ORD Request for Additional Information," has heavy deletions. It says the Office of Research and Development (ORD) has shown some interest in the work of an unnamed party and asks for more information. It notes that earlier correspondence mentioned a chance of getting a fuller description of a system, asks for whatever is available, and requests updates on any new developments.
