This Central Intelligence Agency release gathers financial records for MKULTRA Subproject 52, with dates running from 1955 to 1964. It includes invoices, certifications, vouchers, receipts, bank statements and expense notebooks for a chemical consultant who was paid to procure and prepare specified chemicals for TSD/BB. The project records describe novel chemicals that could not be obtained through normal channels, among them tetrahydroacridine, dimethyltryptamine and 4-hydroxytryptophan. The documents contain no UFO material.

## CERTIFICATIONS (1) It is hereby certified that this is Invoice No. 4 applying to Subproject 52 of MULTRA, that performance is satisfactory, that services are being accomplished in accordance with mutual agreements, that a detailed agenda of the payments and receipts is on file in TPS/CD, that this bill is just and correct and that payment thereof has not yet been made. Acting Chief, RS/Chemical Division Date: (2) It is hereby certified that this invoice applies to Subproject 52 of MULTRA which was duly approved, and that the project is being carried out in accordance with the memorandum dated 13 April 1953 from the DCI to the DD/A, and the extension of this authority in subsequent memoranda.
