This Central Intelligence Agency routing form, dated 4 June 1961, came from the Legislative Counsel's office. It forwards congressional correspondence to another officer, who is to prepare an appropriate reply and send the correspondence and draft back to the Legislative Counsel by a deadline. The page is mostly the blank routing table. A handwritten comment, garbled in extraction, appears to name Davidson, but the page does not state what the correspondence is about.
