This is a Central Intelligence Agency routing and transmittal slip dated 5 January 1959, stamped approved for release on 24 November 1978. It is addressed to the Director. The remarks are only partly legible. They say Keyhoe's insistence had strengthened the writer's view that it would be correct to contact him. The slip names no specific sightings and gives no findings. Its markings are Unclassified, Confidential and Secret.
