At 0945 the Chairman opened the meeting and submitted a rough draft of the Prelim Report to the members. This draft had been reviewed and approved earlier by Dr. Dykes. The next two and one-half hours were continued in discussion and revision of the draft. At 1100 the AD/Si joined the meeting and reported that he had shown and discussed a copy of the initial rough draft to the Director of Intelligence, USAF, whose reaction was favorable. At 1200 the meeting was adjourned.

As 1/1/00 the oignth and final review of the Fural was opened, discussion and re-reading of certain contents of the Reporter occupied the first hours. A copy of the Final report is appended as Tab C.) This was followed by a review of very accomplished by the Fural and re-reading of individual Fural numbers and suggestions on details that were first in line, opposite for publication in the Fural report. It was agreed that the volume would an aggregate these elements in an influential report to the 10/02. The next will follow.
