This Central Intelligence Agency memorandum by F. C. Durant reports on the January 1953 meetings of the Office of Scientific Intelligence Scientific Advisory Panel on Unidentified Flying Objects, chaired by Dr. H. P. Robertson. It covers the history of the sessions and the panel members' comments on individual cases, radar interference, instrumentation and an educational program. The panel concluded unanimously that the sightings showed no direct threat to national security. It recommended training and public education to strip UFOs of their special status.

an Advisory Panel of collected meteoroids was consulted. In cooperation with the Air Technical Facility Aguja Center, one historic of reported lightings and related material were radio available for more study and detailed studies. Present at the initial meeting (2020) Wednesday, 14 January) were Dr. H. P. Robertson, Dr. Ina H. Husman, Dr. Theruton Poga, Dr. Ernest A. Connaught, Mr. William C. Elmore, Dr. Ocl. Frederick O. D. Ocl (Icelandic), Dr. David B. Shevinson (Icelandic), and the writer. Daniel H. Dr. Kingd V. Besite new, the present until Friday afternoon. Harvey. Ocl and Shevonne can now present throughout the month to familiarize themselves with the subject, represent the unobtained, present of those Divisions, and assist in administration support of the meetings. This noted included the mention of the O/31 Study Group of August 1992 (Song, Eng, and Durant) concerning the briefing of the DOI, the WRIC number 21 including A. K. Jones TID consultations, which on 1213 'Chadwell, Robert and Davenport', and O/31 concern on potential dangers to national security indirectly related to these dangers. Ka.
