This Central Intelligence Agency memorandum, sent by the Chief of the Liaison Division of Central Reference to the Director of Intelligence, Headquarters, U.S. Air Force, forwards a tabulation of statements by each member of a party. The party saw an unidentified flying object on 4 October 1955 while riding the train from Baku to Tiflis. The Office of Scientific Intelligence prepared the tabulation, but the enclosure is not attached. Two copies of the memo appear, dated February 1956.
