This Central Intelligence Agency memorandum, prepared for the Director of Central Intelligence and signed by the Assistant Director for Scientific Intelligence, is dated 1955. It summarizes debriefings of four members of an official party who saw objects while travelling by train at night. They reported a greenish-yellow glowing object that rose rapidly while rotating and then levelled into horizontal flight, along with a triangular object with lights. The memo concludes that most observations can probably be explained as climbing aircraft or missiles and that the evidence does not warrant concluding a radically new aircraft is in operation.

The party was travelling by train and was accompanied by the specific request of the department for the trial to use rail transportation whenever it was at all feasible. The sightings were noted about ten minutes before the trial at 1910 hours than it was already due. The resting alone in his compartment with the lights out vision he noted a small greenish-yellow glowing tail rising quite rapidly. He informed the other members of the party the vessel accompanying the other department and a few minutes later they too observed another object... 3. They saw the form of the object only the instrument bell, not our only two lights resembling eyes. They saw a similar object with a single light in the public at the top on a recessing light or light similar to constellations at the base. They saw the impression that the object could have been on earth on a meteor although there were no objects available to produce a coincidental scene and no trail was left by the rising bulb. They saw the impression that the object to be resemble to that of a U.S. jet aircraft. However, they observed that the object did not resemble any object, relict or similar that he had seen. All observers agree on the impression that the object was rotating or whirling during its rise along its initial trajectory. Notably, they noted no change in this trajectory, but they also noted that the object altered its pattern to be formed by light quite sharply. Neither observer observed any objects on the ground with the exception of the canon light, but they also reported the presence of a triangular object with three lights which appeared to be ejected from a launching site. 4. there on the interview so far, the only testimony which could support the existence of flying success or radically uncorrelated altruism is that of All other Copy
