This is a short letter dated 10 December 1959, released by the Central Intelligence Agency. It was sent from 1424 33rd Street, N.W., Washington, D.C., to Dr. Thornton Page of the Department of Astronomy at Wesleyan University. Secretary Alnora M. Belt writes on behalf of Mr. Strong, who was away, to confirm that the fourteen essays Page sent have arrived. She says the essays and comments on them will be returned soon, following instructions Strong left.
