This is a 26 May 1958 letter from J. S. Eaton, Executive Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency, to Leon Davidson of White Plains, New York. It thanks Davidson for his letters of April 27 and May 16, which were addressed to Mr. Dulles and to Eaton. Eaton says that, as he explained in his letter of 4 April, the Department of the Air Force holds action responsibility for the matters Davidson raised. The letters were therefore forwarded to the Air Force for reply.

## 26 May 1958 Mr. Leo Davidson 64 Prospect Street Valle Flat, New York ## Dear Sir. Davidson: Thank you for your letters of April 27th and May 16th addressed to Mr. Dulles and to me, respectively. As I consider you previously in my letter of 4 April, the Department of the Air Force is the component of the United States Government having action responsibility in the matters in which you have expressed interest.
