This is a short CIA letter dated 1958, signed by J. S. Eaton for Mr. Dulles, to Major Donald Keyhoe (Ret.) in Washington, D.C. It acknowledges Keyhoe's letter, which made certain inquiries. The letter says the subject is of primary concern to the Department of the Air Force, so the CIA referred Keyhoe's letter to that department for a reply. Copies went to the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force and to CIA offices.
