This Central Intelligence Agency cable from Contacts New York to Contacts Washington, dated March 1967, concerns a request for the film "UFO-Fact or Fancy." It says the established agency in New York could handle the request most quickly. It adds that taking on routine film actions tends to confuse the harmonious relationship on film procurement. The document was approved for release on 17 November 1978.
