Positive factors.

I - The testimony of CC Bacellar that he saw the recently developed and still damp film, the marks that he later identified on the copies as the object photographed and that the film contained the previous photographs of the hoisting of the launch;

II - The testimony of persons who saw the object and who, seeing the copies of the photographs affirm having seen exactly that which appears in the photograph;
