This undated NICAP (Barry Greenwood) release reproduces Blue Book radar pages 968 to 970. They contain an unclassified report by Senior Controller Harry S. Barnes of the Washington Air Route Traffic Control Center on the targets seen overnight on July 19 to 20, 1952. Barnes describes eight or more slow-moving radar targets and an orange object near Andrews seen by tower staff. He also records pilot reports of lights and says it was unclear who should report the targets or order an intercept.
