This NICAP-hosted compilation of USAF Project Blue Book records covers the radar-visual intercept of 1 August 1952 near Bellefontaine, Ohio. It holds a press clipping, the ATIC case summary, correspondence between the Air Technical Intelligence Center and the 664th AC&W Squadron, and a completed radar data sheet. Two F-86s from Wright-Patterson took gun camera film of the object. The early evaluation lists it as unknown, but other pages attribute the sighting to a jet on radar and a research balloon seen by the pilots.
