SYNOPSIS Investigation was requested by Technical Intelligence Division, Hq, Air Materiel Command, Dayton, Ohio, to interview all witnesses to the "unidentified object" sightings referred to in the copy of AF Form 112, Air Intelligence Information Report, Pages 1, 2, and 3, dated 14 June 1949, from Security Officer, National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics, Moffett Field, California, which occurred Tuesday, May 24th, about 5:00 p.m. - 2-1/2 miles up Rogue River from mouth in Oregon.
