This NICAP compilation contains a report dated 15 September 1965 from NICAP investigator Raymond E. Fowler to Project Blue Book on UFO sightings in the Exeter, New Hampshire area on 3 September 1965. It includes newspaper clippings, a summary sheet, and signed data sheets from Exeter patrolmen Eugene Bertrand and David Hunt, who with Norman Muscarello saw a silent, house-sized object with pulsating red lights over a field on Route 150 in Kensington. Fowler judged the reports probably genuine.

Juga Javan , UBU Rapare 7/3/25 Mating , 5 Again, the chars are astronomical that several people entirely independent of one another should report that they were "chaed by a living servant" in the same general area. It is possible concerning sighting #5 that someone could have been monitoring the police radio conversations about the UFO reports and decided to play a little joke but this seems unlikely. Not many people, other than responsible law enforcement officers, are up tuning the police radio band at these two hours of the morning. Thus, the report is probably genuine. Why the unidentified man did not or could not complete his call to the police will have to remain an open question unless he steps forward and relates what happened. I was able to talk to many people during my investigation. The great majority did not appear to be frightened about the incident. Drisla is ordinary to what the USAF soon thought would occur if the story got in the newspaper. Instead of fear, I found a true indiana curiosity on the part of people to ask more about UPO. Strangely enough many openly voiced the morphemerary origin theorist wishing any story regarding from me. Several years ago very few people spent time on observing data and widely about UPO, would talk like this. Since but shortly five years the public has been becoming more conscious. Reporting like this can coupled with wide information will help such in informing of a public at large of the reality that problem of UPO. satisfied
