This NICAP compilation contains a report dated 15 September 1965 from NICAP investigator Raymond E. Fowler to Project Blue Book on UFO sightings in the Exeter, New Hampshire area on 3 September 1965. It includes newspaper clippings, a summary sheet, and signed data sheets from Exeter patrolmen Eugene Bertrand and David Hunt, who with Norman Muscarello saw a silent, house-sized object with pulsating red lights over a field on Route 150 in Kensington. Fowler judged the reports probably genuine.
