This NICAP compilation of US Air Force Project Blue Book records covers the Exeter, New Hampshire sighting of 3 September 1965. It includes the Pease AFB initial report, Eighth Air Force details on the operation "Big Blast" B-47 flights, and letters from Patrolmen Eugene Bertrand and David Hunt disputing the aircraft explanation. There is also correspondence with John G. Fuller and a 1965 Pease AFB request for speakers. Blue Book listed the sighting as unidentified because no aircraft could be placed in the area at 0200.

MEMO FOR THE RECORD: 9 Mar 66, Call from Major David H Griffin, 124 School - Class P-201, Tinker AFB, Oklahoma Extension 5317 Major David Griffin had investigated the reports in New Hampshire. The reason that reports were not submitted on sightings other than the Exeter, New Hampshire case of Bertrand, Hunt and Muscarello was that they were identified on the spot. He went out with Mrs Pierce for several nights, what she called flying saucers no one else saw. All that were visible were aircraft. According to AFR 200-2 if objects are identified it is not necessary to submit a report. A Colonel Stnaley A Ensberg at Base Ops has records on the UFO sightings for this period of time.
