This stenographic transcript records an April 19, 2023 open hearing of the Senate Armed Services Subcommittee on Emerging Threats and Capabilities, chaired by Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, on the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office. Director Sean Kirkpatrick testified that AARO was tracking about 650 cases and had found no credible evidence of extraterrestrial activity or off-world technology.
