PRINCIPAL PURPOSE To manage general correspondence and reporting relating to
unidentified anomalous pnenomena Information provided may be used to contact or seek
additional information from individuals reporting nformation relating to such Phenomena,
including but not limited to any event relatrig to unidentified anomalous phenomena and
