8,000 pages of Declassified Canadian UFO Documents

Internet Archive · 2015-12-10 · 300 pages · text by OCR

This Internet Archive upload holds declassified Canadian records sent to the National Research Council's Meteor Centre, which filed them as non-meteoritic sightings. Most are RCAF and Canadian Forces message reports from 1965 on lights and objects seen over Vancouver, Toronto, Sydney, Cochrane, Whitehorse and other places. The later material dates from 1968. It includes RCMP reports from Shediac and Sydney Mines. The police concluded the Sydney Mines object that hit power lines was probably a meteorite.

On Wednesday, June 19th, 1960, at approximately 10:30 p.m., an unidentified flying object was seen in the sky above Proudster Bay in a northerly direction. The object appeared to be a star moving very slowly across the sky in a west to east direction. The local camera enthusiasts were out in full force. The object disappeared sometime after midnight.

The Department of Transport meteorological officer in Frobisher Bay is of the opinion that the object was an experimental or weather balcony at a height of wall over 100,000 feet.

There have been no reports of landing by little green men or other weird non-world creatures. Furthermore, there have been no reports that all our women are pregnant.
