This Internet Archive upload holds declassified Canadian records sent to the National Research Council's Meteor Centre, which filed them as non-meteoritic sightings. Most are RCAF and Canadian Forces message reports from 1965 on lights and objects seen over Vancouver, Toronto, Sydney, Cochrane, Whitehorse and other places. The later material dates from 1968. It includes RCMP reports from Shediac and Sydney Mines. The police concluded the Sydney Mines object that hit power lines was probably a meteorite.

IT APPEARED TO BE A FLICKERING RED LIGHT, VERY BRIGHT AND HAD SEVERAL SMALL PINPOINTS OF RED LIGHT AROUND IT. IT SOMETIMES APPEARED INSIDE AN ELLIPITICAL MASS OF GLOWING GAS. IT ALSO MOVED FROM SIDE TO SIDE AND UP AND DOWN AND PAGE 2 RCEOC 182 UNCLAS SEEMED TO THROW OUT SHOWERS OF SPARKS WHEN DOING THIS. AS THE EVENING PROGRESSED IT MOVED HIGHER IN THE SKY. G.
