8,000 pages of Declassified Canadian UFO Documents

This Internet Archive upload holds declassified Canadian records sent to the National Research Council's Meteor Centre, which filed them as non-meteoritic sightings. Most are RCAF and Canadian Forces message reports from 1965 on lights and objects seen over Vancouver, Toronto, Sydney, Cochrane, Whitehorse and other places. The later material dates from 1968. It includes RCMP reports from Shediac and Sydney Mines. The police concluded the Sydney Mines object that hit power lines was probably a meteorite.

BBY1021 'UFO REPORTS' SIGHTED BY MRS AILEEN MCPHERSON 6549 BONSOR AVE BBY FROM HER RESIDENCE ALSO VIEWED BY SUBJECTS DAUGHTER ROBIN 21YRS AND DANNY GODBOUT WHO WAS APPARENTLY VISITING AT THEIR HOME. SIGHTED AT APPROX 11.50PM 3-3-68. OBSERVOR WAS OUTSIDE THE HOME AT THE ABOVE ADDRESS. SKY COND. LIGHT OVERCAST SIGHTING LASTED ABOUT A MIN. OBJECT WAS ROUND, VERY LARGE, HAD SPOKES OF LIGHT , WAS OF A REDDISH ORANGE COLOR AND PULSATING. THE OBJECT LATER APPEARED TO RISE HIGH AND MOVE RAPIDLY AND ERRATICALLY TO THE SOUTH AND OUT OF SIGHT. AT TIME OF SIGHTING OBJECT APPEARED TO BE APPROXIMATELY DIRECTLY OVER THE CITY OF NEW WESTMINSTER B.C. ACCORDING TO OBSERVOR.
