8,000 pages of Declassified Canadian UFO Documents

This Internet Archive upload holds declassified Canadian records sent to the National Research Council's Meteor Centre, which filed them as non-meteoritic sightings. Most are RCAF and Canadian Forces message reports from 1965 on lights and objects seen over Vancouver, Toronto, Sydney, Cochrane, Whitehorse and other places. The later material dates from 1968. It includes RCMP reports from Shediac and Sydney Mines. The police concluded the Sydney Mines object that hit power lines was probably a meteorite.

We heard over Radio last evening that you requested any one that seen an thing in the air world they report it Well on Wed mar 13 we seen a orange thing up in a tree not far from our Place my thanks son went down got part way up the tree it looked like a light brown sheet with orange color paper fastened to a loop from that a white boy do not knowing what it might be he came on back I called the O.P.P. of Bellville They came down got it down and of the tree they said it was a weather ballon the box was Plastic
