This Internet Archive upload holds declassified Canadian records sent to the National Research Council's Meteor Centre, which filed them as non-meteoritic sightings. Most are RCAF and Canadian Forces message reports from 1965 on lights and objects seen over Vancouver, Toronto, Sydney, Cochrane, Whitehorse and other places. The later material dates from 1968. It includes RCMP reports from Shediac and Sydney Mines. The police concluded the Sydney Mines object that hit power lines was probably a meteorite.

REPORT FROM MR. ROSS CRAIK, KENTVILLE; ON A SIGHTING IN KENTVILLE+ N.S.
The night before the Shag Harbour appearance, Mr. Craik reports seeing an orange, pulsating object for about 15 minutes over the Continental Can area of western Kentville. He reports this object to have changed colour from the Orange pulsating colour to a bluish colour when the object moved away. Several other were in the area but no one seemed to have seen it, as far as we know. However, there was no sound from the object either. It appeared to be about the size of a pin-point of light from where Mr. Craik saw it, and he suggested it was about the size of the red obstruction light on the TV towers on the look-off. This would make it pin-point in size. He later called his friend, Ray Parr, who lives on Glenview Ave., and Mr. Parr made a tape of the conversation. This tape is available.
