This Internet Archive upload holds declassified Canadian records sent to the National Research Council's Meteor Centre, which filed them as non-meteoritic sightings. Most are RCAF and Canadian Forces message reports from 1965 on lights and objects seen over Vancouver, Toronto, Sydney, Cochrane, Whitehorse and other places. The later material dates from 1968. It includes RCMP reports from Shediac and Sydney Mines. The police concluded the Sydney Mines object that hit power lines was probably a meteorite.

This is information regarding U. 7.0. that I thought should be reported. I am not signing this as I need to be unknown, but on Oct. 25, 1966 around 10.30 pm I saw the following object in a certain area. It resembled to wedding bands of light and was quite low after watching it for awhile. It put on two hours of red lights each light line about the size of an egg. Then they went out and the white light bands reappeared. It floated down earthward. It all was darkness, for awhile until it reappeared coming from the ground, then it hovered over the town of Douglas for a long time
