This Internet Archive upload holds declassified Canadian records sent to the National Research Council's Meteor Centre, which filed them as non-meteoritic sightings. Most are RCAF and Canadian Forces message reports from 1965 on lights and objects seen over Vancouver, Toronto, Sydney, Cochrane, Whitehorse and other places. The later material dates from 1968. It includes RCMP reports from Shediac and Sydney Mines. The police concluded the Sydney Mines object that hit power lines was probably a meteorite.

Later the technician and others on the fishing trip heard that two boys reported being startled by a brilliant white light which flashed down from the sky about 10 Pm or Saturday June 3, 1967 as they were fishing on the lake . The father of one of the boys assured them that the probably just saw a meteor or meteorite. This might be a promising sighting to investigate Yours sincerely 2 . J . K . Mickes
