This declassified Spanish Air Force file, catalogued as expedientes 791111, 791117 and 791128 (Bis), was released through the Air Operational Command (MOA) intelligence section in November 1996. It collects a 1994 request from CJMOA asking commands to search their archives for UFO records, together with a list of past incidents and MACEN's reply. It also holds controller and aircrew reports on a Phantom scramble from Torrejón over Madrid on 28 November 1979. No visual contact was made, though the crew had brief radar echoes and radar-lock warnings.
